Classic Charcuterie and Cheese boards
Boards will have a plethora of fresh, crunchy, salty, sweet, creamy flavors to awaken your taste buds as a hearty appetizer or light meal. Our charcuterie and cheese boards usually include some of the following (though ingredients fluctuate based on availability and creativity!)
Variety of cheeses (brie, cheddar, manchego, gouda, goat, havarti, edam, jarlsberg, stilton, gorgonzola, roquefort, Boursin, muenster are all possible)
Variety of meats (salami, proscuitto, coppa, sopressata, chorizo are all possible)
Variety of fresh fruits (grapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, figs, oranges, kiwi, cantaloupe, watermelon are all possible)
Nuts & dried fruit
Cornichons (baby pickles!), and olives
Flowers (for decoration only)
All crackers come separately packed, so that they don’t get soggy!
Petite:
Serves 1-2 as a hearty appetizer. Includes 2 cheeses, 1-2 meats.
Classic:
Serves 4-6 as a hearty appetizer. Includes 3-4 cheeses, 2-3 meats
Grand:
Serves 8-10 as a hearty appetizer. Includes 4-5 cheeses, 3-4 meats
